Terms & Conditions

1. Marketing health checks are carried out free of charge at the discretion of Wily Marketing Limited, based on the suitability of the potential client and availability.
2. A health check consists of one complimentary meeting to discuss objectives and a post-meeting report that analyses current marketing activity and makes topline recommendations for future marketing activity.
3. The complimentary meeting will usually take between 2-4 hours, with the potential client making all relevant marketing information available for discussion.
4. All recommendations are based on this session and limited external research to support the report, ie if information is withheld, then Wily Marketing cannot be held responsible for any subsequent action taken by the potential client, in isolation.
5. Free marketing health checks will be available until 31 December 2010.
6. We hope all health checks lead to a mutually beneficial business relationship...
